This website is operated by Whimsy & Mojo, LLC, doing business as WM Fabrics ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Products

All fabric is printed to order. We make every effort to show our designs and colors accurately, but colors can vary depending on your screen, and slight variation between print runs is normal. Fabric is measured and cut to the quantity ordered, and small variations in measurement are normal for cut yardage.

Pricing and availability

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment, even after the order has been confirmed.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be fraudulent. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll issue a full refund.

Discount codes

Discount codes can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be limited to one use per customer. We may end or change any promotion at any time.

Our designs

All designs, images, and content on this site are protected by copyright, owned by Whimsy & Mojo, LLC. Buying our fabric doesn't transfer any rights to the designs themselves.

You're welcome to make and sell your own handmade items, in small batches, sewn from fabric you've purchased from us. Our fabric may not be used for mass manufacturing. Credit to WM Fabrics is always appreciated when you sell items made with our fabric. You may not copy, scan, photograph for reproduction, reprint, or digitally reproduce our designs, or use our product photos, without our written permission.

Digital products

PDF quilt patterns and other digital downloads are for your personal use. They may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

Third-party services

Payments, shipping, and some site features are handled by trusted third-party providers. Their use is subject to their own terms and policies.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including fabric that shrinks, fades, or changes after washing or care that doesn't follow the care instructions provided.
