Return and refund policy
Every WM Fabrics print is made to order, just for you. We want you to love what you receive, so we accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery.
What can be returned
- Fabric yardage, fat quarters, and panels that are unwashed, unused, and in their original condition
- Quilt kits that are complete and unused
Final sale items
- Custom or personalized designs
- Fabric swatches
- Digital downloads, including PDF quilt patterns
- Any fabric that has been washed, cut, or sewn
How to start a return
Email us at hello@wmfabrics.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, since we can't accept unexpected returns.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend a tracked shipping method, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it. If your order used a discount code, the refund is for the amount you actually paid.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives with a printing defect, shipping damage, or the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Returning a defective item costs you nothing: we’ll email you a prepaid return label for the affected item. Once we receive and check the fabric, we’ll send you a replacement or a full refund, including your original shipping.
Please note that colors can look slightly different from screen to screen, and minor color variation between print runs is normal. This isn't considered a defect, but unwashed fabric you're not happy with can still be returned within 14 days.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Simply return the item and place a new order for the one you'd like.
Cancellations
Because every order is printed for you, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We can cancel and fully refund any order that hasn't gone into production yet.
